Windows Control Panel Upgrade

The windows control panel is being upgraded from HELM 3 to HELM 4. The migration should be completed by Sunday Morning. Customers may not be able to access the control panel during the migration. If you are unable to login to Control Panel, this means your account is still on the list to be upgraded.'s Its an automated process, so please check back in a few hours. Once it's done you will be able to login.

The new control panel will have the following fields in the login screen

Account Name : (use existing username)

Language: English (United States)

Skin: *Default*
